Use of the service
You may use MyExecs.ai for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for the actions taken under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AI generated guidance
Insights produced by the virtual executives are decision support, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for business decisions.
Intellectual property
MyExecs LLC retains all rights to the platform, brand, and software. You retain ownership of your business data and any outputs generated for your organization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyExecs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
